We understand that life can be hectic, and that's why we offer convenient services that fit into both our clients' and providers’ schedules. Whether it's through in-person visits or TeleMental therapy, we make sure our services are accessible to all.

We offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual counseling, family therapy, and more. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. Our providers work with individuals to address specific conditions including: anger management, anxiety disorder, chronic disease, drug and alcohol dependency, depression, memory loss, behavior problems, grief and loss, PTSD, post surgical mental health care, transition & adjustment disorder, and more.
The primary therapeutic approach for SoCalm Mental Health Serivces providers is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people’s difficulties, and so change the way they feel. It is used to help treat a wide range of issues in a person’s life. CBT works by changing people’s attitudes and their behavior by focusing on the thoughts, images, beliefs, and attitudes that are held (a person’s cognitive processes) and how these processes relate to the way a person behaves, as a way of dealing with emotional problems.
